Bourbon Fudge Brownies
7 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped or chips
1 cup Sugar
2 ounces bourbon
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 large Eggs
1/2 cup Flour, rounded
1/2 cup Pecans


1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Line square or rectangular pan with parchment (spray pan first and again with parchment)
3. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
4. Remove from heat and sitr in sugar, bourbon and vanilla.
5. Bt hand, beat in eggs. Add flour and stir for 1 minute - battter becomes glossy and pulles away from pan. Stir in chopped nuts.
6. Bake about 30 minutes. leave center underdone.
