Hamburger Casserole

Hamburger Casserole

Hamburger - cooked and crumbled
Mushrooms - chopped
Onion - chopped
Mexicorn
Hash Brown Potatoes - frozen
Beef Broth

Sauté mushrooms and onion in two tablespoons oil until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with two tablespoons flour and cook.  Add enough beef broth to make a light gravy.

Add hamburger, mexicorn, and potatoes.  Cook until potatoes are done.  Adjust seasoning. Add Worcester sauce if desired.
