Lemon Cream Cheese Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 package cream cheese (3oz), softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar.  Add egg yolk and flavorings and beat until light.  Add sifted flour and salt; mix well.  Put thru a cookie press or roll into balls, roll in sugar and flatten on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for about 15 min.
