Glazed Pecans - Mamaw

1 pound pecans
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
dash salt
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
Mix dry ingredients.  Beat stiff one egg white with one tabsp of
water, add pecans, stir. Then add dry ingredients.  Spread thin
on a cookie sheet, heat in a slow (250F) oven for an hour.  Stir
often to keep separated.
