Fig Jam

 Fig Jam

1 pound Fresh Figs
1 cup Sugar
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Tapioca

1. Blend all in blender until smooth. Simmer until thick. Cool. Refrigerate.
2. Serve over Sour cream butter biscuits.

Sour Cream Butter Biscuits

2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sour cream

1. Cut chilled butter into pats and process with flour in a blender or food processor. add sour cream.
2. Bake @ 450F for 8 - 10 minutes.
