Millionaire Pie

Millionaire Pie
2 cups powdered sugar (not sifted)
1 stick margarine (well softened)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 baked pie shells
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup WELL drained crushed pineapple 
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream together powdered sugar and margarine. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix well until light and fluffy. Spread this on the two crusts. 
Whip cream until stiff, blend in the well drained pineapple and the nuts. Spoon on top of the sugar margarine  mixture. And chill again.

Note:  I've had this recipe for over 40 years. It's probably a lot older.
