Spinach Soup

5 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 cup chicken broth
Mustard Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Pepper

Make cream sauce. Steam Bag of Baby Spinach.  Drain and chop.
Shred cup of mild melting cheese.
Add to cream sauce.
